There has to be
a better way.

I build businesses, systems, websites, and occasionally software that probably didn’t need to exist. My work sits where customer experience, business operations, brand, and technology overlap.

I like figuring out how things work. And why they don’t.

A lot of my work starts with a fairly simple question: Is there a better way to do this?

Sometimes that means improving how a business operates, creating a more consistent customer experience, or connecting systems that weren’t designed to work together. Other times it means building an application to solve a problem that arguably wasn’t a problem to begin with.

Either way, the details matter.

How I Approach It

Things I’ve built.

Businesses, brands, digital work, and the occasional idea that got significantly more development time than it deserved.

Unreasonable attention to detail.

The goal isn’t to create complexity. It’s to figure out what matters, connect the pieces, and make it work.

  1. Understand the problem

Look beyond the immediate symptoms to determine what actually needs to change.

  2. Connect the pieces

See how people, processes, technology, and expectations influence one another.

  3. Make it repeatable

Build systems that work consistently without requiring constant intervention.

Professionally engineered nonsense.

Occasionally I get bored and build something nobody asked for. The ideas aren’t always necessary. The execution still gets an unreasonable amount of attention.

Better at conversations than small talk.

I’m not particularly interested in working a room. I do enjoy a good conversation about business, building things, customer experience, and finding better ways to do what we do. If you’re organizing a podcast, panel, workshop, or event where that perspective might be useful, I’d be happy to hear about it.
